Gen3 Systems Marks 30 Years as a Provider of Solderability, SIR, CAF and Cleanliness Testing

Gen3 Systems Limited, a specialist British manufacturer and distributor, is pleased to announce the company’s 30th anniversary. Since 1985, Gen3 Systems has been providing training and comprehensive in-house services for solderability, SIR, CAF and cleanliness testing.

Gen3 Systems is a specialist British manufacturer of test and measurement equipment used to help predict reliability of electronic circuits and systems in the field. In addition, the company designs and manufactures dip and spray coating process equipment in both in-line and bench-top formats. Gen3 is a specialist distributor for several leading equipment manufacturers including, ACE, Hirox, Vision Engineering, FineTech, MBTech, Vacunest, MEK, Optilia and the Global Distributor for Aprotec Instrumentation, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems.

For more than 20 years, Gen3 Systems has worked closely with the National Physical Laboratory (NPL). This unique relationship has helped in Gen3’s development of the MUST and AutoSIR test systems as well as helping the company define new measurement techniques and equipment. Through this relationship Gen3 also is engaged in international standards development through BSi, IEC and IPC.
